To all of the Marines families . . . I was the Doc on the ground with your sons and husbands. I did EVERYTHING I could for your loved ones. I apologize that I could not do more. Please know that I am praying with the rest of the nation for each and everyone of our Marines, Sailors and their families. I have never served with a finer group of men and women.

To the loved ones of these Marines….My heart goes out to you..and my prayers go to God for you. The Father loves you, His Son knows your pain and His Holy Spirit is loving and encouraging you even now. He will never leave you.
I once heard from another pastor, that the prayers of mothers
are always the first to reach God ears. How wonderful!
Yes, your pain is unimaginable and your grief unfathomable,but please know that the prayers of so many caring folks are at this moment reaching a caring,loving God, Who is already helping you through this tragedy.

I am the father of the Marine that survived the incident north of Karmah. Presently he is in the ICU at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. He is in serious condition with damage to his lungs. We are presently making travel arrangements to be with him. We feel fortunate and so blessed that our son survived. We only found out today that there were two Marines that lost their lives. Our hearts go out to their families, they are in our prayers. The thought of losing a son is unimaginable. Just the sorrow we feel of having our son in critical condition and not being by his side is hard. We feel so bad for those that lost their loved ones…

One of those men was a dear sweet friend of my daughter’s. They graduated highschool together in 05. I pray for his young wife, his family, friends that are mourning. I also pray for the family of the other marines that were also injured and lost. I pray for those that are still there, that are about to head there. My daughters class has several young men there now and another headed that way. BRING OUR MEN AND WOMEN HOME!
